Dave Lawrence, President and Chief Executive Officer, has directed the management of SunStream Inc. since its inception in 1986. He orchestrates the long-term financial and strategic planning for the company, and supervises budgeting, internal control systems, and key construction projects. With a strong background in residential, commercial and industrial properties, he has been instrumental in the development and management of several high-end properties throughout Southwest Florida

Dave and his wife, Sharon, have three children, and reside in both Naples, Florida and Hastings, Minnesota.

Mary Anne Baker, Vice President of SunStream, is responsible for all facets of the company's operation and oversees Hospitality, Real Estate and Development divisions. She started with the company in 1986, and during her tenure has served as General Manager of both Pointe Estero Beach Resort and Park Shore Resort, as well as Director Of Operations for SunStream Hotels & Resorts.

A graduate of the University of Toledo with a degree in Business Administration, Mary Anne is also a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three children traveling RV-style to the mountains for rest, relaxation and whitewater rafting.

Monica Flowers, Director of Corporate Operations, enjoys the longest tenure with the company, having started in March of 1986. Truly having learned the business from the ground floor up, she's held over a dozen positions in operations, finance, and human resources on both the property and corporate levels. Currently, she's responsible for assisting the President and Vice President with administrative and new business matters, as well as overseeing the Human Resource department and Realty division administration. She is also instrumental in orchestrating the work of the company's Strategic Planning Committee, Corporate Safety Committee, Retention Committee and Emergency Management Team.

Her family resides in Indiana, where her parents still live, as well as here in Florida, where she enjoys her time with her significant other and his two wonderful children. Monica's favorite addiction is gardening, so you'll often find her happiest right in her own backyard.

Randy Kares, Director of Development, oversees all construction and operational development of new projects, as well as large maintenance projects. With the company since 1990, he is well-acquainted with the portfolio of SunStream properties, having held General Manager and Project Manager positions at Pointe Estero Beach Resort, Park Shore Resort, DiamondHead Beach Resort, GullWing Beach Resort and Bellasera Hotel.

Prior to moving to Southwest Florida, he flexed his culinary skills at restaurants in the Pensacola area. Today, he cooks with his wife and enjoys dining with friends, as well as biking, tennis, golf and travel.

Gary Locke, Director of Operations, oversees the day-to-day operations of all SunStream resort properties, including services, revenue development, quality assurance and cost control. He is also responsible for evaluating new opportunities for potential revenue growth. Starting with the company in 1999, he has also held the positions of Food and Beverage Director, as well as General Manager at both Santa Maria Harbour Resort and GullWing Beach Resort.

A graduate of the Southeastern Institute of Culinary Arts, Gary was formerly the Food and Beverage Director at the Marco Beach Radisson Hotel and the Assistant Food and Beverage Director at South Seas Plantation. A devoted father to his two children, he enjoys spending time with them "off the clock," as well as getting in as much boating and golfing as he can.

Sharie Mortenson, Director of Finance, is responsible for the direction and oversight of the financial operations for SunStream, Inc., its affiliated companies and its managed properties. With the company since 1991, Sharie has learned the financial architecture of the company through a progression of various property, restaurant and corporate accounting positions, most recently as Corporate Controller.

Prior to SunStream, Sharie worked at 'Tween Waters Inn on Captiva Island in the Food and Beverage division. She attended Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. Nowadays, Sharie is a steadfast Florida girl, and enjoys playing tennis, bike riding, attending sporting events and "hanging out" with her husband, son and daughter.

Jennifer Seaborn, Director of Sales & Marketing, oversees the strategic placement of SunStream properties in the marketplace through sales and marketing efforts. With the company since early 2003, she has held a number of key roles in the sales organization and has been responsible for increasing market share both domestically and internationally.

Jenn is a true Florida Native, having been born and raised in Southwest Florida. After graduating from the University of Florida with a major in Advertising and PR, she learned the ropes in the "Tour & Travel biz" on Sanibel Island before joining the SunStream team. These days, her favorite mode of "island hopping" is by boat, as she and her family frequently explore the waters and uninhabited islands around the area on weekends, hoping to instill her love of travel and adventure to her two-year-old daughter, Emily.
